A fresh approach to dressing is the perfect way to start a new season...so we asked fashion blogger Amy Bell 
(of The Little Magpie) to take our latest collection and give it a cool-girl, London twist. 

"When creating my daytime looks, I chose simple outfits that let the accessories do the talking. The first look was my usual combo of crop top and high waisted trousers, finished off with my leather jacket. I then layered up a choker necklace with a more statement piece. At this point I thought, 'why stop there?!' and continued to play the layering game on my wrist with a big, beautiful rose gold watch and rose gold bracelet. I then popped on this cute little fringed backpack, and finished it all off with a pair of retro pink mirrored sunglasses."

"For my second look I went for something more classic, pairing my favourite coat with a simple white t-shirt and
high-waisted trousers. I added the Phenomena Hip Bag – which is one of my favourite MIMCO pieces – some amazing tortoiseshell sunglasses and a pair of slip on loafers, just like the ones you see all the “cool” girls wearing...And, well, me!
I also tried the look with some pink brogues for a funkier edge."

For an evening look I went with statement earrings and a jewelled necklace; generally, I'd only wear one or the other, but both really worked with this outfit. I also covered my fingers in embellished rings – the more the merrier I say – and finished the look off with the Ring Around Clutch and Coronation heels (which I really want to pair with a plain tee and some light wash jeans for a daytime look). A metallic crop top and cream midi skirt really helped to bring out the tones in the jewellery.
